I haven't written in this journal for a while.

  Hello, I am back.

I hope you missed me...

Why was I not on?

Two Reasons:

1: I want to get this out of the way, I won't get into detail but i've experienced a natural disaster, my home is safe but it left me traumatized, I am healing and I have become much stronger but as of right now I want to make it known while not going into details so I don't have to realive the tragedy.

2: I have become really busy with work and uni and working more on projects. I was on an extremely long art hiatus and I am happy to say I have finally returned to creating things.

I decided to focus on projects more rather than more personal things like a blog. I mean...the whole reason why I have a blog is to add substance to who is behind the art, but truly...who cares?

What matters is I create fantastic things more so than who is the fantastic person behind the computer.

What have I been up to?

...Well a lot!

I have been to two conventions. One held in a small town relating to comics and the other is the legendary Everfree Northwest!

I will make a whole entry about the everfree northwest trip since it truly deserves an entry on it's own. In the meantime I will write this entry as a quick update and a catch up.

At the convention in my town (one relating to comics 'n such) was the very thing that took me out of my hiatus.

I mentioned previously that I've been on a long and honestly really depressing hiatus. I say depressing because this was a time where I was truly uncomfortable and unsatisfied with my art and saw barely any improvement, I also lacked inspiration and discipline. However, this convention really helped me out of it, going to the panels of other artists and getting inspiration from them, as well with going to a lecture about creating art out of random shapes or out of pointless objects.

The whole idea of the lecture/class being an encouragement and excersise your creative side.

After this convention I started getting back into art again and game design and lately i've noticed massive improvement and i'm excited to say that there is a bit to come.

I will be once again fixing my broken website. I am so excited with what will be updated and added.
